WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return and you can place an order for the new item you would like on our website.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com for a replacement item or a store credit to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced.
Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!
